lol well then, ill just shut up.

He probably thought you were from mayfield and didnt like the cut of your gib
Lol, you know Newcastle well, haha,

I do get your point,
Sad thing is, newcastle follows Sydney,
What is shit about Sydney doesn't take long to find itself witching Newcastle in no time at all haha

Will you move after you get one? I'm really over Syndey, i want to move back to Newcaste or even Canberra would be nice and quiet
Come back to Newcastle,
The climate is way better,
I actually like Canberra, but way to cold in winter,

If all goes to plan we will be moving to Cancun God willing. I have a well paying job waiting for me, I can buy a 5 bedroom house on the water for 120k, American schools for the kids, maid for the wife and just a better life than this shithole.

I went out to Leichhardt last night for a nephews 21st. Leichhardt is dead.

Had heaps to drink but got kicked out for having a ciggy. Lucky we all moved on & continued elsewhere.

I got cut off after eleven hours, sick all morning, they must be driving me nuts, where the hell are these x ray vision bugs?

It is a public bar yeah? what right do they have if youre not any breaking rules to exclude you all from being there ?
I'd pull out the big 'D' word

Any bar is inside a private establishment. Even bar areas at events are licensed establishments.

Ergo their rules.

You can make your own fun in Canberra. 18 year olds go here, everyone else goes there. Sorted.

Moe, you'd really enjoy Cube imo. Most definitely your style.

Canberra's a shithole .. most mundane and boring place ever, and so over policed it ain't funny.

......

Re your predicament, chances are they are being overcautious. Big fines if licensing police notice intoxicated patrons in a pub, and it can even cause them to lose their license.

Possible too that they knew licensing police were cracking down in that areas.

Overpoliced.......................?????

1. We have no lockouts or anything like that.
2. We have beat police who are actually pretty chilled.
3. You can be off your face and still have a hard time getting kicked out.

I love you bob dog, even though your posts dont make any relevance or sense.

I remember when it used to be called the liquid lounge and owned by the rebels.

Mate you are not on your lonesome when it comes to Sydney. The only time we go anywhere near the joint is footy season or to see Mum or our adult son at Christmas. Moved outta there three and a half years ago and the best thing we ever did. Too crowded, too dirty and too much crime.

Takes me back to the days we used to play a game called "who's unlucky tonight". This is where you generally walk in, pick a random, whether he's been in all night or literally just walked in, tap him on the shoulder and tell him he's had too much to drink. By this point, they would try to pleed their case when a bunch of over grown bouncers would pick him up and remove him.

Moral of the story, keep the security entertained, or you become the entertainment.

Haha crack up,

Haha I bet it still had the same amount of ass punching then too

I guess I should just let it go,

The cold probably never bothered you anyway?

The snow glows white on the mountain tonight
Not a footprint to be seen
A kingdom of isolation and it looks like I'm the queen
The wind is howling like the swirling storm inside
Couldn't keep it in, heaven knows I tried

Don't let them in, don't let them see
Be the good girl
You always had to be
Conceal, don't feel
Don't let them know
Well, now they know

Let it go
Let it go
Can't hold it back anymore
Let it go
Let it go
Turn my back and slam the door
And here I stand, and here I'll stay
Let it go
Let it go
The cold never bothered me anyway

Maybe the security guard thought you was to boring and need to kick your friend out for some fun security guards can think they are king of the venue sometimes should of said no your friend they can't touch you if you didn't do anything wrong

They can remove you from the premises if you're asked to leave and refuse.

If your asked to leave a licensed premises and remain, your actually breaking the law. So yes, your doing something wrong at that point.

Sorry dude, apparently my home is bugged by rednecks forcing me to hit the plonk every week and nobody in the town will tell me what the hell is going on, like a bizarre sect cone of silence.
