I think they are more about the ones that get too carried away but that is more of a ref's interpretation no? Some might not see some celebrations as abrasive the same way as others might.

Of course any racist kind of celebrations need to be dealt with, but not sure what they mean by extra inflammatory ones.

Flipping off an elderly home fan if you scored for the away side? Who knows.

tbf the **** deserves it after what happened at the ethiad this season
 
surprised no one is talking about chelsea, 1 billion spent on transfers over 2 seasons and pretty much out of every major tournaments except conference league
