Maxwell must either hate us really bad or is a corrupt prick. Blew a lot of unnecessary penalties last night like he did at the Titans game. He is like Sutton an unapproachable, arrogant, narcissistic jerk. Every time Broncos dropped the ball or an error was forced by the dogs a penalty was blown. Broncos were offside most of the time and nothing was done. When the Bulldogs are offside a penalty is blown. Not excusing it for our poor performance, but something needs to be done about these pricks ****ing the game

Like I said. It's no excuse for our shit performance but the refs do need to to take accountability for there poor performances like players, coaches and fans of clubs do when there team plays shit

I agree with every bit of your comment. Unfortunately the NRL only goes for the option of the last three, players, coaches and fans; the refs are offered a free pass when it comes to accountability.

Off course. The refs are "never wrong" in this day in age. They blab on about player safety but after tolman was slammed on the ground, I think that's gone out the window. Wally the so called "king" Lewis said that would've been a perfect tackle. Oh yeah considering tolman's career may have ended as a result. Good one dickhead.

Nothing will or ever happen in regards to the poor refereeing. The quicker people get used to it the better!

You've just earned yourself a thumbs up for that comment. How fitting your first post aswell as your first thumbs up. May aswell get used to it or stand up as fans to the NRL stating that something must be done.

as much of a coincidence as the NYSE and United airlines computers going down for few hours on the same day, last week and both were totally unrelated..... just a coincidence.

First time ever I was bored watching a dogs match live, just knew they had nothing ...

Thank God for the halftime lightshow!

Thing that frustrates me is that referees will let blatant penalties go and then will blow a soft penalty to give the other side an unnecessary legup.

Whether it's on purpose or not, referees have WAY too much influence on a game.

Indeed that time we played the Knights still shits me , what we were up 20 nil in 18 minutes .and the refs were heard saying its ok the game is going to turn

I hate to say it but most of the times he stuffed up it was by giving us a free penalty or missing a drop ball by us. The reffing wasn't great but it definitely wasn't against us for a change.

What is frustrating is having two referees, when one interprets an infringement different from the other. That's why we see a lost ball sometimes penalised, sometimes not, in the same game.

I reckon. But most of the bad calls happen in our games. We are just the NRL's new whipping boys
