Facebook will divulge anything that breaks the law as soon as they get hit with actual real lawyer papers. Why would they spend money to defend a memes page.I can't see how they could possibly find out who is running the page (I doubt FB would divulge) but I reckon they could get it shut down. Hope so, it is a cancerous page.
Being the father of a daughter I totally agree. I'm an easy going man but when it comes to my daughter and her well-being I would go full Hulk mode on anyone who did wrong by her.Because any father would want to drink the blood of anyone who bad mouths his daughter.
As any loving, sane father would and should.Being the father of a daughter I totally agree. I'm an easy going man but when it comes to my daughter and her well-being I would go full Hulk mode on anyone who did wrong by her.
At the end of the day it would not matter whether it was or wasn't the girl previously mentioned, who is in the video. If the girl in the video suffers damage to her reputation etc etc, following recording without her knowledge, then Brydens could still pursue the case and seek damages on her behalf.Think of it this way. Brydens are MAJOR sponsors for Triple M Grill Team (have been a few years now). Brydens also sponsor several clubs.
They know Mark Geyer VERY well, and will have their best staff working this case. If there was even a hint of hesitation in regards to who featured in the videos, they would not have taken the case on as it's be pointless.
For example: There are heaps of celebrity lookalikes in the world of porn. They aren't those actual celebs but looks almost exactly like them.
The NRL Memes guy is about to be ana11y probed.Lets hope that shitfest of a page gets pulled totally.
Please keep discussion regarding THIS issue in this thread and not the Panthers video leak thread.
This is a perfect example why we have to be dilligent in regards to what we post online...
That sites about to get destroyed by Geyers lawyers.
Totally agree with you there, but it all is being reported as mistaken identity. At the end of the day it would not matter whether it was or wasn't the girl previously mentioned, who is in the video. If the girl in the video suffers damage to her reputation etc etc, following recording without her knowledge, then Brydens could still pursue the case and seek damages on her behalf.
Whether or not it was the girl some have speculated ... and I'm not saying it is ... then it could also be a containment strategy. There is still potential reputation damage to pursue. I'm sure all scenarios and outcomes are being considered as part of this legal exercise.
fuck yeah little rat deserves what he gets
What has he said that is defamatory? Not denying he has....just curious. In any case, his daughter shouldn't be the subject of nonsense like that and the page is/ was toxic. Good on him.MG is lucky that players etc haven't sued him for defamation etc for some of the rumours he had said about them.
Definitely is, guess we'll eventually know for certain.https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/ar...Mark-Geyer-vows-sex-tape-Facebook-trolls.html
NRL legend Mark Geyer found his daughter in tears after she was falsely accused of being in a sex tape with players.
Geyer, 51, has hired lawyers after rumours spread that Montanna, 22, appeared in an explicit video allegedly filmed by Panthers player Tyrone May.
May has been charged with filming without consent over the video which shows a man having sex with a woman and putting his hand around her throat.
'She had 1,000 friend requests on Instagram because they think it's her in the sex tape,' Geyer told the Daily Telegraph. 'She came down hysterical. I asked her what's wrong and she showed me.'
Geyer then went on the NRL memes page and demanded to speak to the administrator in a furious comment. 'Can someone tell me where/who runs this page, and where they operate (sic) of??? NOW!!,' Geyer wrote.
He later deleted the comment but said in a statement he has hired lawyers to clear his daughter's name. 'These f***ers who live in anonymity have gotten away with too much for too long,' Geyer said of internet trolls.
Daily Mail Australia has contacted NRL Memes for comment.
Totally agree with you there, but it all is being reported as mistaken identity.
Elaborate pleaseMG is lucky that players etc haven't sued him for defamation etc for some of the rumours he had said about them.
He better hope its karma and not GeyerKarma/Geyer, whatever comes first
Every one knows geyer is no saint, but bagging the bloke because he wants to protect his daughter from this crap is just ridiculousNow he has kids MG has become a 'saint'.
