I usually do wholegrain, but I have been eating this wholegrain with barley that's awesome.

That said, if you want the best bread then get it from a baker. A good way to test what's in your bread is to leave it out on the bench. If it goes stale in 4 days then it's not full of preservatives.
We don't use preservatives with our bread. Without sounding bias, it's actually nice, soft and fluffy bread and even better is i don't pay for a single loaf. Perks of the job. Bakery bread is where it's at.

Well I don't have breakfast like normal people. I have breakfast at night and my tea in the morning. Joys of a night shift worker.

Anyhow, cereal wise I'll have Weetbix. Warm weather season I just have it cold with milk and a little sugar. Cold weather season I warm it up it the microwave. Chuck a little brown sugar on it.

Occasionally will have Fruit Loops or Rice Bubbles.

I've been having bran all week. It's unbearable on it's own, so I've been having it with either strawberries, banana, blue-berries or a combination of all.
