I think it was dailytelegraph who finally put o it an article specifically speaking about fire bugs. I actually did hear about a few people being caught, and in a couple of cases, kids were the perps... Unfortunately nobody is calling for penalties against the parents of children who commit such acts because you're only a cool kid if you kick and scream about climate change
