The best assessment is dragons fans. They could not shut up about how good he was from 2008-2010. Now they despise him as much as anyone.
In short you would love him at your club when he is in form. However imagine the wrath of kennelers if he put in the same effort for the dogs like he has this year? It would make trex look like he deserved the daly m in 2013!

In regards to Browne, I reckon he is a tough and mobile prop and is definitely starting to show his ability. When he runs at the line he gets close to crashing over with 3-4 blokes on him or dragging them along with him but then there is the problem (a good problem) of Lloyd Perrett pushing for a spot while being highly regarded at the club.
