It’s so easy in hindsight …There’s been many wrong decisions made by Gould. He shouldn’t have sole and total control of the club. His role should be more defined, more specific and in his strengths. His weakness is NRL, recruitment and retention. We need the board, coach and recruitment manager to lead in this direction. Our recruitment manager is effectively beong paid for a holiday as Gould does it all. So let’s find a new and effective one.
@TheSexDogs made in a yesterday Ciraldo wanted to keep Averillo and we know Gould didn’t. These are the issues that brought coaches undone at Penrith until Cleary version 2 stepped in and said enough is enough. The coaches want one player and Gould go elsewhere.
Many Gould signings and retentions have gone before they’ve finished the contract. It’s not just 1-2 the list is growing. No matter whether we het them cheap it eats away at the cap. Two they can’t get rid of Sutton and RFM both signed or retained by Gould. We can’t write off RFM this means we on the edge of the cap.
The signing of the coach wasn’t a good one.
Gould has lots of strengths use him in the strengths.
There are logical reasons for a lot of what your talking about here @Flanagun
But it’s a waste of time explaining them to you, you have a closed mind on the reality of the situation ….
People have taken the time to explain a lot of the reasons behind these decisions before, but you don’t take any of it on board … you just come back with the same old negative chit … in other words the way you see things are right, and anything else is wrong ..
Closed mind, and can’t see the bigger picture … just you do you, but know that we see you for what you are ..
