At first thought, thinking of those thrashings the Magpies were getting, I'd tell you you were bloody crazy to suggest the dogs of 2021 were anywhere near that bad, but those stats suggest it may not be such a crazy idea.

I think that might be it - towards the end of the season they were just getting smacked so hard every week.

Wests were always battlers and nobody really hated them. I think most were really feeling sorry for them by the end.
