Fantastic achievement and we shouldn't forget about it but you can't help but feel empty knowing we have nothing to show for our efforts

Onward to 2015, bigger and better things I hope

until we get some direction and composure from the halves we will never be good enough to win the big one. A forward leading the team around will never be as good as a half leading a side around. Ennis was a massive loss but none of our SOO halves stood up when we needed them.

Well it was more obvious tonight where our direction come from I really don't know how we are going to go next year without ennis I can't see us starting off strong or having any improvement next year

We haven't done Des any justice, he's a champion coach and it's just a shame he doesn't have any silverware to show off since moving to the Dogs

Everybody was going on about how great Bennett was when he won the Premiership after moving to the Dragons, Des should be getting the same amount of praise despite the results

I gotta feel for the players that have been there and lost both GF's... but the feeling they will get when we finally win 1 will be worth it for them.... That is assuming that it's not 43 years from now when Frank Pritchar's grandson will be captaining the team.

We will be back soon. Huge props to the kennel folk for giving me a fun year.

We overachieved by making the GF, we never really had the talent to match the top sides and that is why we finished 7th.

Des is a great coach and we will be better for the experience this year. We just need some more structure in attack if we want to be true premiership contenders.

The problem was in 2012 the bulldog played a Melbourne Storm side who wanted to win because they had their premiership stripped. Melbourne Storms wanted Revenge!!

2014 The bulldogs played a south sydney Rabbitohs side who wanted to win a premiership because it has been 43 years since!!

The problem is the bulldog played to hungry side which we could not keep up with!

74, loss
84, Win
94, loss but won the next year in 95
04, Win
14, Loss, but hopefully win the next yea in 2015

It always hurts to come second in a Grand Final - but someone's got to do it.

As I've said elsewhere, the Bunnies are now just another team. They've won; and the love-fest will be over by next year. We, and every other side, will be out to take sweet revenge.

Des will start a rebuilding program which will take a few games to settle in. But we look good for 2015, I reckon.

Without a strike fullback we will struggle for points again next year. That Sione Matautia is a beast pity he's not playing for us next year.

2 GF losses in 3 years is nothing to brag about tbh

Especially when we put in a shit performance in both.
