End of the day they extended Pay to try to get us closer to the end of the cap problems. No-one saw C-19 coming (yes I know you think it’s fake - no need to go there). Every other coach faced the competition shut down too. When it restarted and it was obvious Pay was not going to make it even with one arm tied behind his back - they acted.

If it was up to me I'd be revoking the membership of this Karanakos Muppet. He's done more to hinder things going forward than the current board could if they tried to. It's been a month or more that he's been destabilizing things with whispers to the media.

During this time we've heard umpteen talking heads recommending that Barrett not come here. In a few cases I'm sure that some players and managers have looked at the situation with a little doubt. And this narcissistic flog is now claiming credit for getting the Anderson ticket elected.

And I'm not sure how he's considered a powerbroker. I'm sure a few may have heard of him before this week. But I've never heard of him. And I know that many others hadn't either.

As a members club, distractions like this are part and parcel. He has the right to do what he’s done, as fucking stupid as it is. With the alternative being sell the club and risk a knights/Tinkler debacle?...no thanks.

I don’t know how this knob is suddenly a “powerbroker”. Was he responsible for getting Lynne etc elected? He’s the only one say that, I haven’t seen anyone else confirm it. It seems unilateral that all parties want Barrett and his assembled team to come in and that means entrusting him to build the roster. Yeah. I'm completely fucked off with the timing of this.

They would've got a lot more support had we been allowed to sign those players, but I guess at that point more members may have seen a brighter future in the current board which is why they're doing it now. All politics.

Fingers crossed we can get those players in mate. We do that and I will turn off the politics completely and just focus on the team.
