So how long should we ban a player who has done something wrong. What about if they have changed. Look at Lodge who was a thug at one stage and how he has reformed himself. Or even Xerri who has been given another chance to redeem himself.

But there have been other players who have been charged with DV and assault and then allowed to play after being penalised and then go on to put that in the past and play.
