no im not just saying that because he won in australia, like im some sort of bandwagonner

i picked djokovic to win the australian open after he beat hewitt in the 4th round, at that point he still had federer to beat (check the thread if you dont believe me)

the hardcourt was also one that federer favoured, but djokovic beat him, and quite comfortably if i recall

Safin played awesome last night. If he maintains that kind of form he'll go a long way- but he is a very hot and cold player. The guy is his own worst enemy and sometimes just seems disinterested.
