Hayne: Because the media bandwagon has jumped on it, he won't get suspended. HOWEVER Hayne has 20% loading from a previous offence apparently. My guess is they'll give him a Grade 1 75 point offence, meaning with 20% loading he'll escape suspension by 10 carryover points!
