Big call with Jacko likely suspended. There were some reports that Elliott was dropped from the leadership group so it may not be him. Hoppa is woefully out of form and would be lucky to keep his spot as it is. That probably leaves Flanagan.

There is no way on earth the club is giving Elliot the captaincy after the off field issues.

The fact that there is literally no one else capable of wearing the C next to their name sums up the quality leadership at our great club.
The next in line got demoted for being the opposite of a leader and the others aren't even play well enough to hold a spot in the team.

........... Crickets .......... and therein lies one of many of our bigger issues. No one to inspire and lead on field. No one to look up to on and off the field. Just many below average to a couple of arguably good players. Nothing more within the coaching staff. We need a very good headline player who our players will look up to, respect and play for.

I don't think the captaincy should be given away cheaply. If there is no one then just appoint someone to speak to the ref.

Surely not Hoppa after last week. He'd be lucky to be in FG let alone promoted to captain after that horrible display.
