Why are we still suggesting unproven assitants? Ciraldo has no fucking record to prove he can direct a club or earn players respect. Potter in one month has proven it! Fuck everyone else as an option (minus the only experience in Flanagan obviously). NO MORE UNPROVEN ASSITANT COACHES!! NOT FOR A REBUILDING CLUB

The way I see this, if the boys keep on winning and playing for Potter it will be a very difficult decision for Gus to make if the announcement drags on.

Im liking what I'm seeing with Potter if it's working don't change a thing. But time will tell if he can keep it up if not Flanagan

I'd sign

Todd Payten as head coach for 2024 before they extend him

& then announce

The extension of Potter for one season as interim coach

LOL why are McGuire and Shitler even on that list.

If it's not Flanno I'd be happy with Potter

If not Shane Flanagan (looking unlikely) it has to be Potter from who's left for me (assuming we continue to keep putting in performances like we have since he's taken over). There aren't a lot of good options unless something crazy happens...

We need a coach who won’t restrict the team and allow creativity similar to what Potters doing now. Flanagan if potter doesn’t want to stay for me, no one else instills confidence.
