I got my hands on a bottle of Sullivan's Cove a few years ago. Outstanding

A person we do work for loves his high end whiskey he also has properties in Tassie so when he is on the coast I get the odd sample of the good life lol

Fucking sensational!! Voted best whisky in the world, last 2 years! Made in mount uncle, just near Cairns.

They won best Australian whisky distiller at the Melbourne international spirits awards too. But they also distille 4 different gins, rum, vodka that is distilled from honey, and a couple of liquers to boot.
Their navy strength gin won a bunch of awards too.

Sullivan cove French oak from Tasmania won world whiskey about 6 years ago a bottle cost originally cost $400 now worth about 10k.

In 2020 the Archie Rose single rye malt won the 2020 best world whiskey award I brought 3 bottles for 118 each. They are sold out the cheapest you can get it now is 225 to 275 and been less than 12 months.
