Nah, I gotta lose around 5-6kgs of chubs. I'll then aim for a bit of bulk until I hit 78kg.

I'm 77kgs now.

thats pretty much what i want to do lol but im 74, i want to lose the flabs and bulk up back to 78-80.

You can just about get into abit of weights now, with a fair bit of cardio

Stripping alot prior to bulking is good for someone with a fair amount of chub. But your fine

you can begin bulking, and still strip those 5 - 6 easily

It takes time for bulk to hit, you can lose 5 to 6 in 2 months IMHO

Very true. I've just found that that hasn't worked for me in the past, and believe me I've tried it.

I have to settle myself into a good diet, get plenty of cardio in, so then I can focus on bulk. I haven't been able to do all 3 since I was 17 lol...

Hmmmm depends. On a normal day, I'll get home, change out of my work clothes and make dinner. Then if I have any household chores to do, I'll do them, then either watch TV or go to pilates/dance class and then go to bed!

As soon as i get home....
let the dogs out,
have a smoke and some food out the front as they frolick....
then as i get inside ill strip some clothes off,
do anything around the house that needs to be done,
probably check emails...then a variety of stuff, maybe watch a DVD or chat on the net a bit...
then every second night at 6 go for a long walk/jog with the dog and friend....
dinner....
CLean..
and then last minute until about 12am every night ill squeeze in some uni work. If it was important i MIGHT start it earlier. :p :p

Me......

Fart around on The Kennel, Facebook and other websites :D and sometimes feed my dogs (if there isn't anyone else at home).

change my cloths
hit the gym most nights other than thursday
get home, do the business in the bathroom and hit the hay

nothing exciting

once im home - shower/watch telly/surf the net/lay on the banana lounge

sleep from 430 till 6
get up eat bum till about 730 go gym
get home about 9 shower watch tv or xbox it
till 1030 11 then bed

other nights im at football training
