3) combined these 2 words are also a movie that nicholas cage was in 1)-2)
4) take the "-" away from the movie title, and add ".to" to the end

You don't even need to do that ...

JS/HTML scripting / exploit kits are running on the backend of many ads. If the ad is displayed, the code is triggered. I'm using NIS at home and it goes mental when I visit that sight. Adblocker also works a treat.

Then there is the .CR subdomain that when you attempt to download, will force you to install a downloader which is "malware central".

In summary: The site is known about by the authorities, hasn't been shutdown, is full of malware/exploits (that could attack an unprotected / insecure machine), often has fake files uploaded, and removes files that file DCMA takedown requests with the site.

Pretty easy to see why it exists... why force shutdown on a popular site where you have ways to track people on, and then force them all underground to another site that may not be as popular.
