are use being genuine! patten was playing some of his best football last year, he was the blues 2nd choice fullback and use are sitting here bagging him. Yeah lets build for the future, we will let patten go who is gonna get the job done for us and sign some young gun that thinks he is bigger then the game that will leave us to play french rugby or something.

he might be getting on in years nrl (wise) but lets not call for his departure after 2 games and if the club really feel the need to release him,let him go with a proper and mutual agreement.With our forwards struggling to compete in defence and attack,it doesn't leave the backs much to work with...my 2c on the matter

I can't believe people on here are bagging Patten, WTF ?
This guy has been a rock for our team over the last few years and seems like such a great guy off the field too.
Yeah our team are playing sh*t but you can't throw Patten's name in the dirt unlike someone say Andrew Ryan who knows his time is up.
