Also people calling for Karl or Rajab have no idea

They are no where near ready for first grade and it is a career killer for them to be thrown in now especially with an inexperienced 6 & 1
So dramatic. Career killer playing next to Burton? Ok mate.

It's ridiculous we're all waiting for the inevitable. He shouldn't of started the season and it's as simple as that.

Dramatic? You're kidding yourself

Perham is a rookie just like Burton

We haven't got the likes of Tedesco & Keary to run the show and bleed a half while taking the pressure off him (Walker)

Mitchell, Cook & Walker (Elias)

Snap out of it

Kyle is very frustrating to watch in attack, because he doesn't have anything in attack

BUT, we only have 3 attacking players in our team who are out and out attackers and dangerous attackers - Burton, Kikau and Fox, and they are all on the left side.

Kiks & Fox are not being utilised and given the opportunities to showcase there attack. We need alot more from Burton in attack to free up kiks which will free up the Fox

Burton doesn't hit the line giving Kiks the opportunity to hit half a hole, let alone a clear hole

He passes way too early and Kiks is easier to handle when he is receiving the ball flat footed while the defence is up in his face instead of the defence being on the backfoot from Burton hitting the line and Kiks by his side waiting for that pass running full tilt

CC also needs to get Flanagan and Perham stack that left side in attack, when Kiks can be used as a decoy drawing in defenders and forcing overlaps for the likes of Burton and Fox (one would hope).....Its all mix and match, training over and over and executing it on game day

I agree with the majority the Flanagan offers SFA in attack and yes, you wanna tear the hair off your head, but we really need more from Burton to utilise our Ferrari and AMG

That last 10 minutes, Kyle & Burto shoukd of stood up but went MIA....Poor Mahoney went for the hero play because those two didnt step up, demand the ball and grab the game by the balls
Burto has been very underwhelming considering what he possess

We know what Kyle possess, and nothing on display is a surprise

Tbh we had no go forward today. Our backs did most of the hard runs out of our own end. Kicked on the 5th from our own half for 80% of the game. We got served. Missing too many big guys but not sure if Thomson, tpg etc would have made much impact.

We are definitely missing 2 props, and that is on top of Thompson and TPJ

If Manly can arrange a swap with St Merge of 2 of their forwards for Dora, why can’t we offer the Sharks 2 players for one of their players ..

Trindall is stuck in Reggies as Hynes’s back up, surely he’d be open to a money upgrade & full time 1st grade gig, if so would the Sharks really hold him back ?

We can send Flanagan back home as their back up 7 for Hynes, plus Averagefello & we’ll have Braydon Trindall and bring up Skelton ..

Last week Trindall’s stats were .. 80 min, 2 try assists, 73run metres, 2 Iine break assists, 1 x 40/20 & 452 kick metres ..

Flanagans stats were 80 minutes 0 try assists, 24 run metres, 0 line break assists, 0 x 40/20 & 39 kick metres.

A solid 7 with capable skills and a kicking game like that would compliment Burton & Mahoney perfectly and take the pressure off so the club can give KO more time …

The Sharks part time 7 is miles better than our full time 7 .. Trindall has Bulldog written all over him .. !!

Flanagan has never been ready but that hasn’t stopped him playing 1st grade….
Come on! He has been ready with his surname just like Walter at Bronco and Cooper John at Sea Eagle

Based on ciros comment. No chance tpj back. Not expecting any troops back.

Because he's not actually that good at as striking a ball, very inconsistent. His end over end bombs are never deep enough, almost always a good 10m+ too shallow.
He’ll put them up on our 40 and they’ll always land on opposite 40. That is not good enough. They never make good metre, puts them up and hopes for the best.

Yup, and then when he kicks long he kicks the absolute shit out of it and it travels over the dead ball line.

You can always tell when a half needs to go. It’s when you barely notice or remember them being on the field. We severely lacked direction today. Burton touched the ball a lot but he’s not the director type. Not sure if KO is either tbh. Dare I say Grub may be our only sensible choice right now? I haven’t seen enough from Karl yet.

Further to that, at least Grub has a crack and put on a good kick for a try today. Honestly what do we have to lose? He has to be better than flange.
He does still run sideways a lot and the rest of the team doesn’t seem to know what he is doing (not much has changed) he did a couple of good things today though
