Thanks Khani, but I got free membership @ BFit, it's one of many approved gyms that work pays for. Unfortunately Canterbury Leagues isn't.

Started working out last year in november after hsc and still going strong all thanks to Zyzz and others like JBW(his story is inspirational). Anyways, just curious if i should start taking multivitamins and fish oil. Hope to meet some of you guys at stereo

day11 of no ciggies it was too tiring to do riot training in a gas mask and they make us do some of the PT sessions in a gas mask in xmas island,.its interesting training though
as much as i sometimes miss a smoke im glad to have given it up especially when im trying to keep up with the fitter agile members of the squad

91kg when I last weighed myself, but I usually weigh myself in the morning after workout so might be a kg or two more throughout the day.

Only started going gym in December then became a lazy **** and stopped going for about 2 months earlier in the year. Been back into it for a while now though.

I need a fuarking gym buddy, I hate weight training by myself, ffs so awkward when theres about 50 guys training in the free weights area and the weights I pull in comparison to them is so embarrassing haha =[

One of my mates from school used to be a PT at my gym and she would usually stay with me and help me but she left about 6 weeks ago now I must fend for myself. Been doing pretty much mostly cardio the past few weeks since I started, and assisted weights if anything.

Operation 2eros (aka get shredded for stereo) cannot fail.

i prefer gyming by myself, never had a good gym partner to many ****ing whingers.

Same, and I go in the morning when most ****s don't want to go.

Although with gym partners it's less awkward than working out by yourself if the gym is packed as ****. It's never packed when I go though.

Walking in the gym when it is packed is awkward, all the arabs and asians love a death stare,

When I trained, I did it solo. You have the mindset to do your own thing, and train how you want.

This is what I'll be doing come monday. Been lazy last 2 months and about to jump back in...
Biceps and triceps
3x10 then rest for 90seconds

BB reverse curls 15kg
Seated Db hammer curls 10kg
BB bicep curls 20kg

Skullcrushers 20kg
Chincrushers 20kg
Closegrip bench press 30kg

Incline curl tri set 1 7.5kg
Incline curl tri set 2 5kg
Incline curl tri set 3 5kg

Close grip pushdowns 35kg
Wide grip pushdowns 30kg
Reverse grip pushdowns 25kg
Legs & shoulders program

3x10 reps on each exercise with 60sec rest at the end of each set. 10sec max transition rest.

Leg extension machine
- legs in 30kg
- legs neutral 25kg
- legs out 20kg

Shoulder press machine 40kg
Bent over Db lat raises 6kg
Shoulder press machine 20kg

Leg Curls 30kg
Db deadlifts 25kg
Leg Curls 20kg
Pecs & Lats

4 sets of 10 60 seconds rest

Low pulley flyes 25kg
Weighted pushups 10kg
High pulley flyes 45kg

Reverse grip pulldowns 45kg
One arm Db row 15kg
Normal grip pulldowns 45kg

Little circuit 3x10 with no rest
TRX Body rows
TRX chest flyes on knees
Impromptu Abs on it's own day

plus no distraction... or does that only happen with girls.

I used to have good Gym buddies. They used to push me hard to go. I keep falling in & out of the Gym now
