All tredmill?right now? a 1.5km, 5min walk, 5min running before my workout, get warmed up, then followed by another power/walk jog after im finished

Consult a podiatrist to see if you need orthodics and then look @ doing ankle strengthening exercises (check online).
After all that just gradually ease up the intensity with the running. But while you do that there are 3 perfectly good alternatives: rowing, cycling/cross trainer, swimming.
