I have bad ankles, after about 10mins of running they get really sore, to the point where it hurts to walk. I generally do a slow jog on the tredmill
Get a footprint from athletes foot. Find out whether you're neutral, pronating, supinating etc. Work out the best shoe for that.

Consult a podiatrist to see if you need orthodics and then look @ doing ankle strengthening exercises (check online).

After all that just gradually ease up the intensity with the running. But while you do that there are 3 perfectly good alternatives: rowing, cycling/cross trainer, swimming.

right now? a 1.5km, 5min walk, 5min running before my workout, get warmed up, then followed by another power/walk jog after im finished

so all up about 2.5-3km

but before i was doing 1hour of intensity cardio
All tredmill?

I found that i get a more intense workout on the cross-trainer with minimal impact on my ankles

stairmaster is good and so is the elliptical

do what suits you moe, try and aim for a 45-60min cardio session, 5 times a week

yeh i easily do a 60min session, its the 5days a week part that I fail on.

I need more motivation. Coming home at 7pm after being stuck in traffic for an hour doesn't help.

also moe try and get a high protein intake, try and minimise carbs, aim for a high fibre intake

You want to feel the burn a fair bit earlier then that

Cause the idea is getting that burn, then ripping through it for a further 6 to 8 reps

you should feel the burn after 15 reps

The fruit bars i get are those go natural ones, pretty good.
My prolem atm is food portion, i always seem to eat till im full
Leb food kills me, so nice
I dont really drink enough water, prob a ltre a day

If you have bad ankles, you really need the gym

Do 10 minutes on the treadmill

10min on the bike, then 10min on the treadmill

Fair less pressure on the ankles ;)

I need to lose a bit of weight. I want to get down to 93kg or somewhere there
