It just annoys me that we signed Sam because we wanted Lloyd who was meant to be the next big thing. If Klemmer & Lane could do what they have done off the bench then surely Lloyd has had enough chances.

I'll be annoyed if T-Rex plays out of his skin in a contract year and then returns back to being a lazy bum.
In saying that though I have a feeling that T-Rex could get the Dally M/Clive Churchill medal double and Des still won't re-sign him!

As if we signed Sam to get Lloyd over here. Sam was here years before we thought of Lloyd. When we got Sam he was a very good signing. I never heard of Lloyd ever being talked about as the next big thing. All i heard was he was ok and wanted to play for the club his brother does. And i dont get how he is terrible anyway, hes barely played FG and is a rookie.

People here seem to have an irrational dislike of anyone named Perrett. Sam is nowhere near as bad as some people in here try and convince us he is. They can talk till they are blue in the face and i will still think Sam is a good player.

Lloyd came the same time as Sam, we even threw in Langi to help get the deal across mid season.

I suppose because he didnt play FG till more recently i forgot. Apart from being Sams brother i didnt hear much about him, like being the next big thing or anything like u said. In any case he isnt terrible, just green. A bit soon to be writing him off.

Thanks Marley. We were looking at other wingers but Lloyd coming as a package deal was the major draw card. I don't dislike the perrett's and they have been good gap fillers but I wouldn't lose key players or miss out on signing others for them

You can't be Forreal
If I drive my company car unlicensed then I will lose my job on the spot.

i haven't heard any company who would tolerate this , as it not only goes against the company policy, but it breaches their insurance policy as well.

T-Rex in crash

Tony Williams creates plenty of carnage on the field, but he also caused plenty off it while driving unlicensed late last year.
T-Rex was responsible for a nose-to-tail accident while driving a club-sponsored car, capping a forgettable year that ended prematurely when he suffered a pectoral injury in June. Williams, who didn't realise he was driving on a suspended licence, paid a hefty price for the bingle, having to cover the cost of repairs to both vehicles.
Williams came to the Bulldogs with much fanfare three years ago, but the NSW forward hasn't lived up to expectations since transferring from Manly. The 27-year-old will need a big season, and a bigger pay cut, to have any chance of earning a new Canterbury contract next year.
My memory isn't what it used to be, when did this happen??????

Yeh he is on this one. We went after Lloyd with Sam. Traded Langi as Marley said. Lloyd was talked up for a future QLD prop.

Granted Sam was still a good solid and even slightly above average player for a couple seasons. Though 2015 was woeful.

Remember Lloyd is only 21 turns 22 in December most props don't mature and play their best until 26. I think the dogs would be crazy to get rid of know. He actually needs more minutes per game to see his value.

Rofl
i believe there is an edit button here somewhere hmmmmmm

your comment is as valid as your answer to the original post
look at it this way... If the perrets move to the goldie they will be closer to you and you can support them as much as you like on a weekly basis seeing as though your from there.

Even if Trex has the best year ever I hope we don't re-sign him. The guy has admitted he didn't want to come to the Bulldogs but the money was just too good. He has no passion for our club.

IF we do, and that is a big IF, it had better be on significantly reduced money, even if he does have a good year.

Our Front-Row depth this year. Time to get rid of some, especially with the interchange rule change.

James Graham, Aiden Tolman, David Klemmer, Sam Kasiano, Tim Browne, Lloyd Perrett, Pat O'Hanlon, Danny Fualalo

Our Backrow depth this year.

Josh Jackson, Tony Williams, Greg Eastwood, Shaun Lane, Adam Elliott

Yh but we stupidly carry 6 props into a game lol. Id only run with 4, play a real lock and have a small forward/utility on the bench.

I thought O'hanlon was a back rower
