Right now and short term yeah, no reason why in 5-10 years (or even sooner) another team or teams can get into that category (Raiders were almost there but faded away, Roosters full strength are there too, Rabbitohs are a dark horse). The clubs and their recruitment are what's to blame.

What he does at the Storm is pretty irrelevant next year from Bulldog point of view. I think we have seen pretty close to his ceiling of what he can achieve at the Dogs.

We are not going to win a competition with a bunch of players just showing potential or there abouts.
With little to no fallback regarding salary cap issues it’s time for TB to play fair game and only reward those that can take us all the way in a few years time.

I hate to see Meaney leave. He's not your beast 110kg winger type but he's been shuffled around and whilst doesn't stand out, he does a an honest job wherever you put him with minimal errors.
I just wished the guy would have developed a swerve or step to challenge the defence once in a while. He does have speed , just not executing it to potential.
