Love them or hate them the rorters do recruitment well. Replaced RTS with Tedesco, needed a half signed Cronk, needed a 5/8 signed keary, needed a winger signed suaali and so it goes on.
They replace quality with quality helps if you have a $20mill salary cap.

We've seen a few years of Thompson now to know he isn't great. We should have made the decision to move him on long before now and sign Leniu as his replacement. We should have moved hard on Leniu from November 1. Now while we sat on our hands he'll likely end up making the Roosters even stronger. What a joke. They lose a player they sign an established big name player to cover. We replace Jacko with a player like Preston who'se never played NRL before and we have to go bargain buy our number 7 IF he even plays that position and some whinge we're over the cap LOL

TPJ still puts some fear into others. He was best in the NRL last year for offloads don't forget. Thompson just has no impact in attack or defence. He's not big enough. Not dominant. Doesn't even run hard like Leniu. We need metre eaters to get us out of our own end. Thompson's incapable of that.
