He's ahead of Wilson for me, would like to see a back flip here because he will bury his career at the Tigers.
I highly doubt his going into reserve grade lolSo, he left from playing reserve grade at the mighty Bulldogs to go and play reserve grade at the Wests Tigers? LOL ... strange decison.
Maybe he had his eyes on a new BBQCan't blame him for chasing FG, much easier to accept then him chasing money.
But again, he is just a wooden spooner as of now. He can stay in reserves.
Just ask Luke Brooks.A change is good as a holiday.
We were a dumpster fire team before Critta came along. Luai could be that guy.Just ask Luke Brooks.
I for the life of me couldn’t understand Manly signing him for 4 years but he’s gone well this year in a better system and having someone like DCE guide him. That’s what doesn’t make sense to me about Skelton - is he hoping that Luai is going to transform the place?
Agree.I don't hate him, but he isn't a Bulldog anymore.
More respectable that he is leaving for game time and not money.
Not ripping into CC, but he and Foxy fucked this up for us.
I guarantee you midway through next season, most of the Kennel will be calling for Foxys head, maybe earlier.
AgreeWhat is supposed to do? you said it yourself in an earlier post. Ciraldo for whatever reason was keeping him out of first grade even picking Harry Hayes in the forwards ahead of Skelton if he stays with us, he would rot in in Reserve grade anyway, he really had no choice in the end we have all agreed he is too good a player to stay in reserve grade, rugby league players have a short life span in their career so they must do what's best for them financially and opportunity wise, he has been overlooked time and time again, if you were in his shoes what would you do,? We all knew it was coming, and at least it was better him doing it this way than what SBW and even Baber did. When I said broken hearted Bulldog, I meant me not you but anyway buddy you are right, we have to move on, but I have no animosity against Skelton and wish him the best of luck, but I am disappointed with Ciraldo because he overlooked him so many times and, in the end, he forced his hand. I have nothing against Harry Hayes, his handling the position very well but I think Skelton could have been another Frank Pritchard type player for us. just my opinion
I’m not downplaying Critta’s impact for a second, he’s been huge, but we made a number of changes this year and I also think we have the right coach and GM of Football. I don’t see that the #Tigtanic have all those pieces in place - just ask Api - penthouse to outhouse. We were a dumpster fire team before Critta came along. Luai could be that guy.
I would agree and add that our administration and Board are all aligned, unlike the Tigers who are an administrative rabble that even Richardson is having trouble corralling. The Wests versus Tigers aligned factions have never stopped the back stabbing and I have doubts that they ever will.I’m not downplaying Critta’s impact for a second, he’s been huge, but we made a number of changes this year and I also think we have the right coach and GM of Football. lol we are in 5th spot knocking on the door of the top 4, Ciraldo got fucking zero wrong this year. What is annoying we spent all that time teaching him league from Rugby and improving his defence and attacking play rapidly this year, just for another club to reap the rewards.
What is the point of the 'project' as Gus would say if we are never going to play him anyway. One thing ciraldo got wrong this year was playing wilson over skelton when fox got injured because I still think Skelton has 5x more potential and can be a game breaker.
luai ain't crittaWe were a dumpster fire team before Critta came along. Luai could be that guy.
Na I see him as their next Nofo, will be good for them maybe win the odd game for them but they still won’t do anything as a team. He's ahead of Wilson for me, would like to see a back flip here because he will bury his career at the Tigers.
