How many signings will the club make in the next 6 months?

There is realistically not many players if any that are superstars and the type of players we need. The ones that are available are pretty much not going to leave their club..
Majority of players available are basic FG players and not much better than what we have.
Plus we aren't the only club with a massive war chest for next year and year after

We need 3 or so experience players from roosters Melbourne that know what winning is like.
We need to raid juniors now.
Active & aggressive.

It's about quality over quantity. We need a bunch of new players but there's no point signing more dead weight players like Cogger, Meaney, Sue, Britt, Stimson, Chris Smith and Katoa etc.

We have enough good juniors coming through with Topine, Taas, Doorey etc that we can promote them and others on the minimum and not waste money on reserve graders like those listed above.

Under contract or not, poach the best young prospects that aren't starting in the NRL, hopefully sign some more rep players like Thompson and build from there.

Which is why the war cheat target of 2021 was always going to be a myth. We should have addressed hooker last year when the gun players were available and not signed reserve graders who have not improved the team.
