Beer, whiskey, did we all forget about Rum?

None of that rubbish Australian stuff (Bundy makes me sick). I'm talking real rum with tasty carribean spices.

This is my favourite. Coincidentally, it's also my NHL team who have just entered the comp (Seattle Krakens)

My neighbor made me try this rum which tasted like passionfruit or some thing. Not bad with lemonade and lime.

Forgot It's name...

Molasses from sugarcane. The different flavour of rum comes from the different breeds of sugarcane in the area. I believe Bundy is made from Queensland sugarcane. Carribean rum is made from Brazilian sugarcane.

Anyone tried this? Lol
We had a mt gay tasting at a bar I worked at way back. We one of the masters from Mt gay talk us through them all. We even tried an incredibly rare independence rum.
Mt gay claim to be the creators of rum. They have been making it the longest. They just can't produce much as the Barbados islands do not have any rivers. All of their water is produced by springs, so they don't have a whole lot of water to make it with!!
Their XO is fantastic. I have a bottle in my cabinet.

So I should give it a shot if I find it?

How do you drink it?

I rum supplies are a little low right now, but im a massive rum fan!! I worked in a bar in France that had about 70 different rums. Every night we could taste whatever we want as a knock off. Which often turned into more. Add a few pints of strong French beer, and some darts, and the bike road home was a challenge.
These are the rums I currently have in my cabinet...
