Go into team management , I find your hooker drains pretty fast so I keep 3 fowards and moses on the bench can help your cause late in the game

I meant how do u exchange them during the game. Im having games where 14-17 are getting 0 minutes

Pause the game go to team management click on the player you wish to bench than click on the player you wish to take his place exit and it will interchange pretty soon .
Is that what you mean ?
