OFFICIAL | POST-GAME Round 9 | Post game | Bulldogs vs Tigers

It is frankly disgusting, she actually made plenty of good calls. I was worried going into the game after last round, but objectively she did well relative to the average ref performance. What's more we won, we didn't cop any terrible calls except for the one by Sutton, and it was the Tigers that blew up and rightfully got sat down by the ref.

The only reason for anyone to go off at the ref is because she is a she, and any blokes engaged in that kind of bias need to grow up.
I thought she was as fair a ref as we’ve had in a long time. We could argue a couple of calls (Sezer not being sin binned for one) but overall I thought she managed a tense game pretty well. I can imagine the NRL calling all coaches this week to remind their players that mouthing off to a female ref is never going to be a great look but especially not now.

She lost control of the game full stop. I was critical of her during the game because she had no idea at times what she was about to call and that has fuck all to do with her being a female , she is a terrible referee. So spare us the confected outrage.
Nah, Tigers players lost the plot, and they had no good reason to do so. No confected outrage here, I'm actually laughing at how silly some of the little boys on here come across with their bias. Grow up you lot.

This game pissed me off so I don't want to talk about it much but Taaffe was noticeably bad. I think he really struggles to get involved with Burton playing both sides compared to when he was at fullback earlier in the season.

I think he has stuggled to come back form the head knock more than anything... CC needs to make the tough decision to drop him to 18th man if Tracey is fit.

Did we play with 16 players. I'm on the juice

lol

Xerri played well, he’s coming along nicely.. not peak yet an a little way to go, next year he will be a machine. Starting to like Burton more now he’s running the ball a Playing his natural game too!!

Lol Tigers fans complaining they got no calls

I was going to mention this. Other neutral fans too lol. Must be getting back to our old selves because we are getting hate again!

We got some lucky calls but also got bs ones, like no bin for the hipdrop or potential try scoring situation (Naden penalty) on Xerri.

He looked fine coming on last match at halfback. Like I said when we signed him though he's an average player. Something needs to happen at halfback though, too many times does the ball die with Hutcho when it needs to go wide. Not sure if Taaffe is the answer though.

I think he will roll with sexton before Taffe

I forgot to say that any win from a refereeing shitshow like that should be applauded. The ref was out of her depth and let the Tigs carry on for so long, it ended up with them pushing her over the edge a d the crap that happened before the sin bins. The way she let Bateman talk to her was the main issue.
It wasn't her mate. Sutton was in her ear the whole game. A guy I know who has high places in the club told me.

Tradesman like in the 2nd half. Our attack was pretty boring in the first half but we've got to learn how to win in different situations. Tigers came to play so it was a good lead up to Penrith.

She's generally an ok ref, but she had a shocker today.
