Sad to see him go, no more chip kick to fox from burto
To be honest bro this year he lack some speed due to injury and he got chased down by the hammer. I'm sure we can find a replacement for him with the cash we have saved.

I must say 2023 it was a deadly combo him and Burton.

I fully understand the Boards decision , you can’t lie to the club and the fans on the eve of the finals no less and remain at the club

Trust is gone

I wish him all the best, his recent performances have been hit and miss and injury prone but he came to us when we were dead last so that’s to be commended …also every team needs a larrikin in the squad so that will be missed

Yep standards and values that aren’t set too high when the club signs wife bashing shite c$nts when it suits their agenda.
He got caught on the bags week out from our biggest final. He was the face of the club.

The wife basher is a different story.

So disappointed it needed like this for him at our club, loved him. I really don’t honk he would have got extended past next year anyway.
what a thrill to watch him in the Blue and White
People do make mistakes,
I sincerely wish he was completely honest with Gus and the club...
Maybe just maybe things would've worked out differently !

Do we just sign Wilson now a on 3 year deal and get Roger Fabri to be his speed coach ? Wilson is quick from what I've seen at training and also see him training down at Lakemba Park on Tuesday mornings.

But their boss would have... and they'd be sacked
I’d say that’s pretty unlikely. You think everyone who fails a roadside drug or alcohol test gets reported to their workplace and loses their job? You’ve gotta laugh at the naivety of some people on here.

Maybe someone who heeded their car for work might be in a spot of bother, but most people? Nah.

It’s the right call, as tough as it is.

I honestly think if he owned his mistake from the start and pledged to make it up to the team we wouldn’t even be here. He handled it so so badly. Mistakes can be forgiven but the lack of accountability sealed his fate.

Also, I personally think this is a blessing. Aside from sniffing the odd intercept try, he was on the decline in a big way this season. Could barely make any metres from our own end, became a sloppy finisher and defensively struggles. Even still, hes still got a lot to offer a team in the right circumstances so I genuinely wish him well.

Congratulations Bulldogs, you win the award for club with the highest standards. Something that literally fuck all people care about. Oh and it’s only since you signed Xerri, Tetevano and Curran that those standards are important apparently. Can’t wait for the next player to get the arse for a traffic infringement. You played yourself fools.

Watching fans from half the clubs frothing over potentially signing him all so we can uphold such high standards. Ridiculous.
