Kent is a good journo Vai.
Every week it seems, to me anyway, that the oppositions defensive line are in our offensive line as soon as our first receiver
gets the footy. 99% of the time however we give away at least 3 offside penalties before we get one.....just saying!

I kinda feel sorry for Daniel Anderson with some of the video ref decisions.

Just watching the Dragons-Panthers game and for the second time in two days, a video ref has blatantly ignored the new instructions and given his opinion to overrule the on field ref. They've been clearly told not to do that. The ref gives a verdict and the video ref can check it to see if the evidence is 100% certain that the ref's call is wrong. Both last night in the Tigers game and again tonight, the video ref has looked at what any reasonable person could say is a situation that could be interpreted either way and then overruled the on field ref.
Did they not get the memo that that's not their job?

If you have to watch the video four or five times and people still can't agree on the call, it should not be overturned. That's the rule, and it's one that video refs are choosing to ignore.
