Just watched ‘Count Me In’ on Netflix
Quality.
No Charlie but seemed the most appropriate thread to post this. Watching the different styles of different drummers but their common passion for what they do plus their various chops was really cool.

Fucked with a knife to Nana Mouskouri the white rose of athens,
You're dead to me dude. My mother had Nana on permanent rotation in the doogie household as a kid. The only time it came off was for Anita Ward and if I hear ring my bell one more time in this life someone will die.

Appreciate the longevity of all the Stones (and its sort of ironic that Mick and Keith outlived Charlie) but that was it for me. Like others, as a kid went back to the classics but Doors, Hendrix, Kinks and trippy Beatles were my poison. Then punk/goth and finally landed on grunge. And am still there today. Over 50 and only do JJJ, just in the hope that someone who can actually play turns up at some point.

There is a program on 4ZZZ Brisbane called "This". Friday morning, I think you can download or stream previuos weeks anyway. Only a short show, 2-3 hours. Good mixture of indy/alt/punk etc stuff. Presenter is Amercian, think he use to make video clips for bands back in the day. May be to your liking.
