Yeah it was a mistake letting him go.. even Noad admits it.. Honestly I saw Thurston more of a halfback ? but that's just me.. he could fill in either play making role.

Thurston was sensational.. I wish we kept him.

lol yeh i remember cos u were always the gamebreaker one game we had against i think st christophers and we were getting hammered n u arrived about a minute after halftime i think and as soon as you got on you ran 90 metres and scored our first try of the match...yeh i gots a good memory

Everytime he took a hit up he made a break and was near unstoppable!!!

A demo of his Flegg attacking form was put on display in erricsson round 26 last year
I want him and Sonny to get that combo going again!!!

If you remember last year I wrote an article on why we should keep Thurston... But yeah that's life. We made a decent offer to Jonno I heard tho.. but he decided he needed a change.

Maybe we could get him back Terry Lamb style?
