It’s so off, the shire is such a small market, and cut off from the rest of Sydney. You don’t lose much by cutting them.

The whole development looks shit how theyve boxed all the buildings over the stand. Also that room down the northern end always looks empty..
The first stages should have made them rich, instead theyve fucked themselves

As much as I'd love to see sharks struggle and lose it all, it won't happen. NRL has invested in that property and they want them to succeed... It's why they have had a easy ass draw for the last 3 years and can upgrade all their players on massive coin and still NAB AFB.

NRL can keep the property assets they own. They can sell the sharks to WA, and lease the stadium to Sutherland football.

The so called DV that he wasn't charged arrested. NRL cleared him. He got a payout from the cops, as they named him & it's illegal to name a person until they are arrested/charged.

Media mentioned it, then took all reports down that named him. As he would have sued them.

That was about 7 odd months ago.

Was mentioned here at the time.

No kaz.. that's not what I'm talking about. You also don't get arrested or charged with DV (this is a mistake made in the media).. you get detained while police investigate dv.. and if there's sufficient evidence to support a dv order, police apply for one. Where did you get the info about him getting a payout from police? Sounds like fake news to me.

Cops interviewed him at his home.

Got the info from someone at the club, who knows info.
 
Sharts being in trouble is one of the biggest copes I have seen. They are going to be a premiership threat, that is the reality.

Nah, they can't win big games to save themselves.
They've been that way since day dot. NRL gave them a scripted fairytale premiership for their 50th anniversary, with salary cap breaches all but ignored (but but the NRL said they weren't over the cap on grand final day only the week before and the week after just like magic!)
They might get another one gifted to them for their 100th if they're still around.
