There's no way of controlling these ever increasing mice plagues that the general public in regional towns or farmers could adequately deal with.

There needs to be a Fed, State and local Govt eradication program.

Was talking to someone today that bought up what seems to be a pretty valid theory. Land clearing rates have risen by 800% in the last 10 years according to them (which I haven't researched). But with deforestation, you'll also see the habitat of some of the natural predators decimated and predator numbers fall off. So these plagues might become a far more frequent occurrance if this theory is valid.
