Movie Discussion

Have you seen Bulletproof? It's an action comedy he made in 1996. He needs to act serious in that movie, but there are plenty of times where he's funny AF. I still think it's his best movie to date. The Wedding Singer also is up there with his best - granted it's a comedy but there are plenty of times in that movie where he's serious. You're right Raysie, when he needs to put his acting hat on he can do it.
Have you seen the second one mate? Doesn’t sound too good

Da faq??? I NEVER EVEN KNEW THERE WAS ONE :anguished::anguished::anguished::anguished::anguished:[/QUOTE

Yep I saw it listed the other day.
New actors though and bad reviews haha

That'll pretty much mean the movie will flop at the box office lol. A lot of sequels are bad Change the cast, and you've got a recipe for disaster.

Haha definitely I’ll try to watch it soon and give a review

A new Saw movie, entitled Spiral: From the Book of Saw. Chris Rock in a serious role and Samuel L Motherfucka Jackson in it also. It seems interesting and the cinematography looks good.

It looks good but I haven't seen the other saw movies.

Hmmm...

The one thing I always find interesting about Saw was that the writers, producers, etc are Australian. The writer and co-creator of the movie series was discovered by chance when he was in the audience of ABC's Recovery. He just caused such a stir that he ended up on stage. People loved him so much that they demanded that he come back so he just kept getting up and reviewing movies. From this he became a professional movie critic and eventually a writer and director.

Watched Uncut Gems last night, I really enjoyed it.

The whole time I wondering how its going to end as he just seemed to dig himself into shit deeper and deeper. His GF in the movie isnt bad either.

I stumbled across the trailer the other day. It looks really, really terrible.

Wow I didnt know there was a 2 made. Really enjoyed the first one, have seen it a bunch of times.

They are even using the same characters, just recast lol. Its not Bulletproof without Wayans and Sandler.

A self help writer and her family become the target of a troubled girl.

The poster caught my eye about this film. I won’t ruin the ending by giving it away, but it’s a mystery thriller. A young lady, Mallory, becomes really close with the son of a famous self-help author. As the two grow closer, Mallory begins to manipulate him and turn his mother’s life upside down.

It all comes to a head when the mother finds out how one of her publications resulted in Mallory’s life being changed forever.

Not bad for a mystery movie, lacked grunt though.

5/10
