Let's face it. We probably can't make a run home into the finals with everything up in the air. Someone had to go and Mbye is great player but if you don't cut him who do u cut. After everyone at Belmore started calling Reynolds name with 20mins to go Hassler was not going to drop him.

Mbye hasn't been great of late sure he has had a good touch here and there but his defence and intent hasn't been there
In saying that hodko hasn't been good all year but against the storm he played a cracker and was good in SOO 2
The interesting thing is if we play crap and get belted and hodko plays crap where do we go from here?

He may as well use Hod while hes here and if he plays well. Mbye will def be fulltime next year. Reckon Des will still play Mbye a fair bit to keep him at FG level, but in their best form + taking into account experience, Reynolds and Hod are our best halves this year. Mbye is showing promise which is awesome since he will be fulltime next year, but he still makes plenty rookie mistakes. Im not going to bag him for it though the best players had weaknesses when they were rookies. Mbye is learning. Hes a great runner of the ball, but his decision making at times is where his rookieness shows. Des may see our most experienced halves combo as our best chance in finals.

His decision making has been better than both Hodko and ****ing trippy all year.
