He looks strong in highlights I saw on YouTube
.. they are only highlights though aren’t they but if he can stay on the field he can build & progress into a really good player
Yes surprise packet i reckon,will have high workrate ,good replacement off bench when thommo is suspended

AND he came here off the back of a run of injuries one very debilitating one(blueballs)but has stayed fit and played every week while half the rest of our team drop like ten pins ffs.

King is a worker. Adds some mongrel with good size and decent leg speed. With more minutes I think he can turn out decent numbers - definitely better that the front rowers he replaces.

Gould likes a bet and in King and Burns we have picked up a couple of guys that through injury haven't yet realised their potential. If they play injury free they are good value upgrades on the players they replaced.
Is it poor etiquette to quote yourself 8-)

With JAC now out for an extended period let’s hope Burns can also make his mark.

Played really well last weekend.
