If stadium presence was such an important factor, Tigers would be winning three-peats.

Agreed Liverpool Moorebank through to Auburn out Hurlstone Park out to Camden let’s make the whole area our juniors  Feed it all to our new Football HQ and Stadium in Liverpool … Dogs Leagues club and Belmore will remain our spiritual place and the Bulldogs NWRL home stadium…
Keep growing and expanding and we will be the envy of the West…
Football HQ (Training, Operations, & Administration) can all remain at Belmore.
Do your Captain's run & Game Day at "the Kennel" (Liverpool Stadium) - a 45-50K all-seater with retractable roof, steep stands, awesome atmosphere, state-of-the-art audio-visual (suspended centre-mounted screens), purpose-built transport linkages (to the city, north, south, & west to the new Western Sydney Aerotropolis) - the jewel of the Southwest.

Canterbury Leagues should get in a joint-venture with Bankstown Sports to establish a subsidiary to own-operate the facility (and to get whatever ever public-interest contributions/planning approvals needed from all levels of government). Eventually, the subsidiary can be bequeathed to the Football club, and it can become independently profitable and a marketing mechanism for both original jv partners...

Liverpool is a shit show. Horrible infrastructure, and shit roads.

However, it is an area that will continue to grow and if done right, then it could be strategically great for us to have a stadium there.

The overall fan experience at NRL games is already the worst amongst all major sports both in Australia and globally, and its even worse when we have 14,000 people in an 80,000 stadium on a Saturday night game. We need a stadium, a 30,000 seater would be ideal. You'd get more younger people (16-25) if the games had a better atmosphere.

I really wouldn't consider Liverpool a 'relocation', however the Central Coast is big call - would you also support the name of the team changing? Hard to imagine a team called Canterbury playing out of the Central Coast!
I think Central Coast Stadium has good workflow. Arrive by train, enjoy a game with awesome views then hit the pub. Get back on the train, if u can find it then pass out. Not many stadiums have good views :grinning:

But seriously who develops a region then feeds it with 2 lane motorway(s)? Same shit at the new airport. They carry on about all the industry and population its going to attract then surround it with 2 lane roads!! It not like theres no room for more lanes...such a head scratcher from the educated people.

Parramatta is considerably better. But also has an awful modern day layout.
We were talking about transport, they are both around a 15 minute walk from their respective railway stations.

The surrounding infrastructure is more important than the actual stadium.

Location, Location, Location.
A stadium cannot just be put up without public transport, parking and surrounding roads able to cope. So the costs associated with that make it prohibitive. The Stadium itself is the cheap part of the development required.

From a size point of view something similar to Parramatta is what we would ideally have. 30-35k capacity. Put a roof on it and open it up as Sydney’s best concert venue.
