Hitman Kyle picks featherweight Rove for round two

Rove McManus's Gold Logie nomination joy has turned sour after a malicious on-air blast from shock jock Kyle Sandilands.
McManus, who is shooting for his third gold statue, was involved in a seemingly courteous interview on the Kyle and Jackie O Show yesterday morning.
However, Sandilands waited until the phone line had been disconnected before unleashing a spray on the television host.

"I lied about the 'Nice to talk to you' bit," Sandilands said.
"(I) hate talking to him … hate his guts.
"I was being civil. But I still don't like him."
The bad feeling between the pair has reportedly came as a shock to the Ten Network, who relies on the pair as two of their biggest drawcards.
Apart from hosting Rove and Are You Smarter Than A 5th Grader, McManus is also involved with popular AFL show Before the Game.
And despite polarising viewers, Sandilands remains the most-talked about judge on Australian Idol and has been set the task with reviving the sagging ratings of Big Brother.
However, there was no backing down from Sandilands regarding his on-air turn on McManus.
"Being civil to people and actually liking him are two different things," Sandilands said.
"I don't wanna pretend to the audience that I like him."
The clash follows Sandilands's much-publicised stoush with Rove regular Dave Hughes last year.
After Hughes called him a "massive ********" at last year's Logies, Sandilands threatened to punch the comedian in the throat next time they crossed paths.
