did nothing but with a few more games hopefully he will show us how good he is
Did nothing? He held his spot in the line admirably and was getting into playmaker positions like a seasoned half. Plenty of runs, never dominated and no errors.

Thats PLENTY of not nothing for a 18 yr old debutant who was nervous, he showed us how good he is already.

Really raw and tender

Congratulations to the little bub on his debut

Look forward to watching his development as a #6 or #13 in Cup

Ease him in like it happened today. Wait till we’re close to full strength before starting.

Still has a long long way to go and a lot to learn. It’s unfortunate we don’t have a senior half to guide him through. But in saying that had a good game. Made no errors. If he starts in the 6 for the rest of the season is a huge ask. He will have his ups and downs. But you’d rather he learn from errors in a season that we aren’t a threat then expecting him to be that guy in a season that we are a top 6 chance.

Not sure if halfback is his spot he is a big boy. But he definitely has good skill and reads the game well. He could develop into a quality halfback

I don’t see anything wrong with it though. It’s the way of the future why should teams carry small halves if bigger boys can do the job and not be a liability in defence. Him and burton could be a lethal half combination
I don’t see anything wrong either mate and I agree.

Solid, that all you want in your debut. He did tackle the wrong person with the last Dragons try.
