Michael Chammas is reporting that the Bulldogs are considering naming Viliame Kikau for their clash with Brisbane on Saturday at Belmore. Canterbury are expected to name him this week, despite being a more likely proposition for the following week against the Panthers.

Surely he is not still injured or likely to sustain a re-occurence of the ruptured pectoral injury and surely he is recovered from pneumonia? Chest infection he had? (Not sure) He has flown to/from Fiji and been training, so should be in reasonable condition?

No use bringing him back early, to placate whingeing fans, who will then just whinge about him getting reinjured for bringing him back early. Let's just get him right for next year
