KEVIN WALTERS SACKED

Bit stiff after making g/f 12 months ago wouldn’t be surprised if unnamed player/s undermined him.
Whoever takes over will need to knock the entitled princesses and their egos down a notch or two and find a decent 7 & 9 in a hurry otherwise they will be joining Kevie at Centrelink.

Maybe the team wanted him to piss off?

Shift the blame on him for their putrid season
 
The Broncos are a mess of a club. I don't think Walters is the best coach but to sack him when a year ago they were in the GF and should have/almost won it, is pretty insane. Especially when he's one of their club legends. Despite the talent that they have there, they have a shocking culture which starts at board level, so good luck to whoever takes over.

He probably did but guys like Cobbo seem like team cancer and a lost cause to begin with. He was talking shit about Walters on a podcast early last season and they made the GF after that. Like I said, I don't think Walters is a good coach and it was only a matter of time but he deserves more leeway to turn it around when last year they should have won the comp.

With some of the players there that have shit attitudes and Reynolds missing a tonne of games (and Haas, Walsh at times) I think a lot of coaches would have struggled this season.
