Well I got sick a couple of months of losing my father, so you might be onto something. Especially being the first born and sharing his full name.
Yes you hear about this, a lot of couples die within a short space of time of each other from broken hearts but I thought it was just a romantic notion, didn't realise the connection with stress on the body and heart problems

Well obviously loved my old man and was close to him.

I used to say my heart got broken, looks like it's truer than I really meant.

Excellent ... still working along the timeline mate :grinning:

Good to hear you are feeling better and healing well.

Have they told you if you will feel when the pacemaker or defib kick in?

I won't feel the pacemaker at all but if the heart hits 182 then I'll definitely feel the shock of the defibrillator lol

But it knows if I'm actually working out and won't shock me. Plus I have a WiFi base in the bedroom which uploads all stats to the hospital every night.

It will be nice to know how my heart reacts with the Dogs games next year lol

Plus I basically can't die a natural heart death now. Only way is if I get shot or stabbed in the heart.

Niice!!!

So slow progress at first, but you'll be allowed back at the gym soon?

How does it go with shit like Smart Meters and the like? Are there any places/things that are NO GO zones for you?

Good luck with that.

Shocks galore for you.

Hospital staff monitoring you, won't know what is happening.

Hey if things get heated up in the bedroom..you can upload footage to Redtube with the added option of displaying your heart stats.. We may have just revolutionised the porno industry!!!

1 month time I can restart unrestricted gym, but already started my cardio again this morning.

I have to only avoid airport security and wear my smart watch on my left (already do) and keep my mobile in my left pocket only when uploading the data at night.

It's not like the old days, pretty awesome technology now. Once the swelling goes down and the turbos settle and the pec grows around it I should reach 95% full strength of upper right body.

They even showed me bodybuilders with them which made me relax even more.

Well they already warned that if you get a shock while on the job, the misses would get a shock too and every report from a female was a enjoyable situation, true story.

So not only my zub is a weapon of mass seduction, it's a fucking taser now too lol

Technology ... bloody amazing how far we've come in such a short space of time. Pretty awesome that you aren't as restricted as in the past with such things.

If you told someone 20 years ago you'd be able to have a device in your heart to stop it slowing down or speeding up, you'd be out of the operation and walking around in days, AND it connects via wifi.. they'd have you locked up in a psych ward.

Technology feeds technology and in the field of medicine it's going in leaps and bounds.

I read the other day they've discovered a way to stop forms of dementia, and also had a massive melanoma breakthrough.

....

May your twin turbos power your body now back towards health and a long and happy life :grinning:

....

I can see it now...
*Assman comes over to visit someone*
AM: "Hey mate, can I have your wifi password?"
Person: "what for mate"
AM: Just need to upload my heart data to my docs.

So does it work via an app, or run it's own OS, or something like that?

Does that mean you've got Priority Assist on your internet incase it goes down?
