What is everybody’s opinion of Jackson topine yesterday I personally think he deserves a bench spot at least over someone like Waddell

Waddles seems to have cleaned up most of his errors and is actually playing allright. Probably holds his place on the back of that. Feel for Topine a bit he finally gets a chance and is shifted to centre.

Id prefer Morrin on bench over both tbh.
Like others have said though Waddell doesn’t deserve to be dropped and due to experience will be there instead of Morrin.

Topine clearly isn’t rated. If he was, he would of started in the second row with Waddell at lock. Instead, we had Edwards STARTING with Waddell at second row. Clearly a trust thing with Ciraldo having more trust in Waddell and Edwards (who isn’t even in the 30) over Topine

Topine's never done a thing, gets completely dominated and hammered every time he touches the ball. Waddell although far from the best ever has held his own, is bigger and considering the forward injuries we've had can hold his head up high. Perfect world, Waddell doesn't feature in FG but cattle wise he does.

Waddell has been pretty dece this year (imagine going back to this time last year and posting on TK that we'd be happy to have Waddell and Okunbor on the field). Topine didn't have a chance to prove anything yesterday, moving to centre, but I just don't see where there's room for him. We have Mahoney already playing 80 mins at hooker and, realistically, he's not big enough to play NRL anywhere else in the forwards.

Says a lot about CC as a coach doesn’t it. Waddell and Okunbor have been solid this season. Great to see
