I'm not a huge fan of 300k signings for backup players
I'd like to see at least 5 on bare bones min wage. Either kids or travellers visiting the last chance saloon.
If ten players are min wage or close to it - you can buy some quality up front.

I personally prefer recruiting for quality over quantity. I get depth, but I’d rather pool in for high caliber players and if/when injury strikes, give a junior the opportunity.
