I heard this morning on The Big Breakfast he is very disgruntled at the Dragons and his manager has been talking with other clubs in my opinion he would be a perfect fit for us at lock him and a few big props would be perfect signing people’s thoughts

He’s more of a lock FYI or actually is a lock I should say. Just like to keep to the facts on a Bulldogs forum. Makes us look silly.

he’d be a good lock, he’s a hard **** with a bit of size and good ball skills.

The ship has sailed on Bird... Would be a classic Dean Pay era signing

With his injury record ? . . . He would break down, whilst signing the contract
This is a myth. He was only ever injured at Brisbane because they mismanaged his injury. He hasn’t been injured in almost 4 years

Out of all locks Bird is:

1st for try assists
1st for tackle busts
3rd for offloads
Top 10 for tackles

Has some errors and penalties in his game but is a beast with the ball.

I watch nearly every dragons game Wife’s a dragqueen supporter, he’s pretty much one their best players every week.

Whether it's Bird or someone else, I'd prefer a skillful/ball playing lock at 13 rather than just another front rower, so long as that lock is still a good defender and can play 80 minutes or something close. Looking at what we already have I also wonder whether Preston could fill this role for us.
