The thing that gets me, or at least I question, is our youth recruitment policy atm.
The idea seems to be buying kids with bright future ahead.

The problemi am thinking is that takes years, and there’s no guarantee they stay anyway if results are bad.
And form what Cleary told us, their development will be hampered if they are brought into a bad team.
We need more senior guys who can bring success yesterday. Someone the kids can feed off. That’s why I think Blake Green was a great purchase alongside Burton. He has seen a thing or two. We have two kids now who need to learn from each other.

I think seniority in the forwards isimportant.
If we can get Packer or Fifita, we might be able to buy both leadership and size.
